The physical practice of yoga is a moving meditation linking the breath to each pose (asana). That’s it. Yoga is for everyone regardless of experience level.

I teach a vinyasa inspired rhythmic flow, at a gentle yet challenging pace, perfect for beginners. Online consultations are identical to in-person sessions. I tailor each class to suit the unique needs of every client or small group to guarantee a fun, safe, and transformative experience.
